Blanchard Valley Medical Associates was founded in 1974 by Dr. William Kose. As our community has grown, our practice has grown from one physician to a full-service multi-specialty medical facility. In 2025, we transitioned to NOMS Blanchard Valley Medical Associates. This transition allows us to provide the same high-quality care that you know trust. Our patients gain access to MyChart, a patient portal that makes scheduling, messaging, and managing your health easier than ever!
NOMS BVMA has a staff of 16 providers across 7 specialties including physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. NOMS BVMA employs approximately 80 support staff serving our patients in a team concept; pulling together all of our departments to always make the patient our priority.
