Responsible for providing professional nursing care to clinic patients under supervision of physicians and Office Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develops a therapeutic relationship with each client
Provides individual, group or family therapy as needed
Provide CPST and minor case management functions if needed
Completes all paperwork required by the agency within designated time frames

Knowledge and Skills Requied:

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
Good communication skills with both patients and coworkers
Outstanding reading, writing and organization skills
Detail-oriented personalit
Sense of responsibility and compassion
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to help determine the cause of unusual allergic reactions

Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor’s degree* in social work with a valid Ohio LSW
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field is preferred

Environmentall/Working Conditions:

Combination of office and exam offices. Frequent exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, toxic substances, medicinal preparations. Hepatitis B vaccination and TB test required.

Physical/Mental Demands:

Varied activities including sitting, walking, stooping, lifting, bending, reaching.
